Arriving 5–10 minutes early allows you to settle, breathe, and ease into the space without rushing.

To maintain a peaceful, one-on-one environment, appointments are solo, however children and support persons are welcome to attend if necessary. If you require special accommodations to be arranged, please reach out beforehand.
